Sugar Free Dessert Challenge - Besan Halwa!

If one is not feeling well, if one has not slept, this besan halwa recipe is bound to revive the person, as a dessert that is amazing to the taste buds. But if one has no dessert like happy and sweet things in life, I think of that again and again! My dear, how will one ever manage in the life's situations during the tough and testing times ?
Well, dessert such as this besan halwa brings joys and smiles as the fragrance of this dish is amazing and makes one feel fresh. It is one of the desi- style dish in India, but one of the most amazing on the tables, and surely everyone is bound to like and love the pleasures of this sweet dish on the platter. 
The ingredients of the recipe are:
  • Gram flour (besan)  2 cups

  • Sugar- free natura 1 cup

  • Ghee  1/2 cup

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Almonds chopped 15-20


The method of preparation of the recipe is as follows:

At first, a non- stick pan is taken and put on flame to be heated. Add ghee to the pan and then add gram flour is then put into the pan on low flame. Roast the gram flour properly by continuously stirring on low flame. After the gram flour is roasted, add milk to the pan and stir continuously, till it becomes a thick uniform paste. Now add sugar-free nature to the paste and stir well into one direction till the paste reaches consistency.
Now add the almonds to halwa and it is ready to be served. Also, garnish with almonds on the top while serving.

It has been amazing to get my hands onto trying some of the amazing dishes that I love. I have not been a great cook all this while, but with all the trials, I am becoming better with each day. It is a pleasure to my life musical with the desserts such as besan halwa on the plate.
