Novalis had put it quite appropriately in his above quoted words where he is likely to bring forth the satisfaction of one’s own self, with the acts and activities that one pursues in the course of life- time with his consciousness and the voice of inner satisfaction.
It is important for the human soul to be happy and in a state of complete peace and tranquility that shall come with the personal satisfaction and gratification of one’s thoughts and beliefs.
Sharing the household load and works that have long gained the taboo of being the women’s tasks, must be shooed away with taking the responsibility equally loaded on all family members’ shoulders. The works and responsibilities should be shared properly among the individuals of the house. This would largely reduce the burden and shall make the proceedings of the home in a much planned and efficient manner.
Also, everyone in the family shall have proper division of one’s time-table and the tasks. This shall not make the life of a single person especially the females easy, rather shall aid in making things simpler and convenient in several ways. It is important that individuals should consider and carry out one’s tasks oneself instead of pouring them on other’s shoulders.
The children and males in the family should well realise this fact. Also, the women these days stand shoulder to shoulder; and thus have the same share of 24 hours in the day.She cannot be loaded to carry out the house-hold tasks on her own. She must be aided and helped by other members of the family. This shall lead to the execution of the tasks and activities in a proper time- efficient and appropriate manner.
A careful and clear analysation of the tasks and responsibilities back at home shall make the things simpler and shall beautify the life, making the lives easier and comfortable with the equal share of the loads. This would make everyone in the family to have their share of work done effectively and shall make everyone time-bound and responsible instead of simple lay-man and laid-back attitude.
There is great need to make a shift in the attitude of the individuals towards these house-hold and daily- life responsibilities which would make this world a better place to delve and live in, with equal share of the loads of everyone, rather than drifting them to one shoulder. The sharing of responsibilities at home indeed plays a significant role and aids in lifting up the social and personal status of all the individuals.
